Following the completion of China’s membership application process at the end of last year, in January 2026 the CRIRSCO Board accepted the resignation of Mr Zhu Yangyang, who had acted as CRIRSCO’s representative during the long process that led to CAMRA joining CRIRSCO. The CRIRSCO Board approved the award of a Certificate of Emeritus Expert to Mr Zhu Yangyang, in recognition of his valuable assistance during the application process over an extended period. A framed copy of the certificate was presented to him by Mr Wu Haiyang, President of The China Association of Mineral Resources Appraisers (CAMRA), on behalf of the CRIRSCO Board, at a special ceremony held in Beijing on 19 May 2026.
